Been cooking BBQ 40 years and in 2009 I decided to go to Le Cordon Bleu to help me make better BBQ.
I grew up in Texas and I've been eating BBQ for the better part of 50 years. I love Pulled Pork, Brisket, Chicken, Baby Back Ribs, and all the sides that go with it. My wife and I opened this restaurant because no one around our area made BBQ the way I like it.

Will is a Texas-bbq-inspired smokemeister. What started originally as a hot dog joint where he occasionally smoked a few meats has turned into a full-fledged bbq joint (yes, dogs can still be gotten). And thank goodness for that.
We got the ribs, brisket and pulled pork and they were just right -- moist, meaty, flavorful. The potato salad is homemade as well, and contains hardboiled eggs chopped up, with a dash of spiciness to it.
